ABOUT ME

I joined as an Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer through UPSC.I belong to 2006 batch of IRSE. Before Joining Railways, I worked in Border Roads Organization (BRO) and in National Hydro Power Corporation Limited (NHPC).

I started Railway career as Assistant Divisional Engineer/Karnal in Delhi Division/Northern Railway in Open Line Organization. Then I worked in Construction Organization as Executive Engineer at Ambala for 4 years. I was involved in Ambala-Dhappar doubling commissioning and Construction of Road Over Bridges in DLI-Ambala section.

I worked as Sr Divisional Engineer in Lucknow Division of Northern Railway with jurisdiction on important Lucknow-Kanpur & Lucknow-Ayodhya-Akbarpur section from 2016 to 2020. Prayagraj-Prayag-Phaphamau doubling and Jaunpur-Akbarpur doubling projects were commissioned while working in capacity of Dy Chief Engineer in Construction organization from 2020 to 2023. I worked as Dy Chief Engineer/P&D at Prayagraj HQ in North Central Railway (NCR) from
May,2024 to September,2025.

I joined as Professor (Civil engineering) at IRITM,Lucknow in September 2025. In 19 years of service period, I have vast experience of execution of Railway Doubling Projects, Construction of ROB/RUB/LHS, Yard remodelling and associated asset creation projects as well as maintenance of existing Civil Engineering assets i.e. Track, Bridges and structures/buildings.
